Boss Kit is all about improving choice for young people, informal and youth friendly its aim is to encourage 16 – 24 year olds to be the decision makers, to take control of what they want and to choose who they want a service from. The site encourages people once on an apprenticeship programme to BLOG about their experiences and rate their apprenticeship.
